Electric4U solar installer

Electric4U solar PV and battery installation

Electric4U is an electrical services business based in Surbiton, offering solar PV and battery installation alongside other residential and commercial electrical work. Its published coverage includes Surrey and surrounding areas, with named locations such as Kingston upon Thames, Chessington, Teddington, Hampton and Weybridge.

Electric4U Electrical Services Ltd was incorporated on 11 January 2021. Its website identifies the same legal company number and Victoria Road address as the Companies House record. The business is therefore recorded here as an electrical contractor with a solar and storage service, rather than described as a solar-only company.

Solar panels, batteries and related electrical work

Electric4U offers solar PV with battery storage and also describes battery installations without solar panels. Its service page says proposals cover panels, inverter and battery, including costs and a payback estimate. It also discusses coordinating solar and storage with car charging and other technologies through its sister plumbing company.

That wider electrical context can be useful when a solar installation requires changes elsewhere in the property. Ask which work is carried out within the solar quotation and which is a separate service. For a battery-only proposal, check the tariff assumptions and charging schedule; for a solar array, check the roof layout and annual generation estimate.

What to compare in an Electric4U solar quote

Compare the specified equipment, usable battery capacity and total installed cost with equivalent proposals. Request clear details of access, cable routes and any consumer-unit work. Where a payback estimate is provided, ask how it treats electricity prices, export payments and future usage. This makes the comparison useful even when competing installers recommend different system sizes.
