Your solar enquiry

SunForward collects the name, email address, phone number, postcode and project choices you submit so we can respond to your request for solar pricing and offers. Contact us at support@sunforward.co.uk with privacy questions.

Selecting Request offers asks SunForward to contact you by phone, email or text about the project you described. This is not an opt-in to unrelated or ongoing marketing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Storage and access

Your enquiry is stored in our restricted ElevenLeads lead-management system. We retain the wording and time of your request with its submission identifier so we can handle it accurately and prevent duplicate submissions. Our website and lead-management hosting are in the United States. Hosting providers process the information needed to operate and secure these services.

We use your information to take the steps you request before arranging solar services, and for our legitimate interests in securing the service and keeping accurate enquiry records. The form does not currently send your details automatically to installers. A directory listing does not mean that company receives your enquiry. We will explain any proposed installer referral before sharing your details.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to or restrict its use, by emailing support@sunforward.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We keep enquiry information only while it is needed to handle the request, resolve queries and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations; deletion requests are reviewed individually.

Postcode lookup

When you use our area finder, your postcode is sent to Postcodes.io to identify the relevant local area. No name, email address, telephone number or project answers are sent with this lookup. Your browser also makes a normal technical connection to that service.

Browser storage

Your postcode is held in this tab’s session storage so you do not have to repeat it. A secure session cookie protects form submissions. Contact fields are not saved in browser storage. This site does not currently add advertising analytics or session replay. Google Fonts and our host receive normal technical requests when the site loads.
